"Trevor and I met in 2000, our freshman year of high school. He was the boy I had a crush on but never dated. We did not start dating until 2012. It was not until 2023 that he proposed. It was a complete shock to me as we always discussed we were content not being married. We both knew if we were to marry it was a serious commitment that we watched many not last, so it terrified us. We were at home, getting ready to take his son to the airport to fly back home, when he asked me to come outside. When I walked out front, he was down on his knee and asked me to marry him. Of course, after the shock and making sure he was not kidding, I said yes. We are getting married on 10/18/2025 in Clearfield, PA."
