This 18-karat two-tone gold rope brooch features (1) round brilliant-cut diamond, measuring 2mm and (2) marquise-cut sapphires, measuring 4 x 2 mm. The (1) round brilliant cut diamond measures 2mm for a calculated weight of 0.03 carats with quality characteristics G/H color and SI clarity. The (2) AAA-quality marquise-cut sapphires each measure 4 x 2 mm for a calculated combined weight of 0.12 carats. Secured with a 14-karat gold clasp.
