This sterling silver cushion-shaped locket features (40) round white sapphires with a combined weight of 0.40 carats. The pendant is suspended from a sterling silver diamond-cut cable chain measuring 22 inches in length. Additional loops at 20 inches for adjustability. The chain is secured with a lobster clasp. Stamped "925".
