Between dealing with multiple vendors, scheduling appointments, and calculating your budget, your to-do list can feel endless! However, there are some things you can do to ease your mind and help you deal with the stress.
Take Care of Yourself
First, as you plan your wedding (no matter how stressful it seems), don’t forget to take care of yourself. Eat well, exercise, get plenty of sleep, and do activities you enjoy. Don’t spend all your free time on wedding planning. Take time to be with loved ones, read a book, and do the things that make you happy!
